  • Kristina is a longtime and native Livingston County resident who is a native of Pinckney and now lives in Fowlerville. She’s an award winning attorney with over 20 years of legal practice. She is the owner of Lyke Law PLLC and has practiced in trial courts around the state of Michigan, especially in Livingston, Ingham, Clinton, Eaton, and Shiawassee Counties.

  • Kristina has over 20 years of experience handling criminal, family, and civil matters, including jury and bench trials, motion hearings, personal protection orders, and dispute resolution. She is also a certified mediator and parenting time coordinator, bringing both litigation and conflict-resolution experience to the bench.

  • Anybody could end up in Circuit Court, including through no fault of his or her own. An experienced and fair judge would make a difficult process as fair and smooth as possible. Judges make decisions that directly affect families, public safety, individual rights, and community stability. Judicial elections are important because they determine who will uphold the law with fairness, professionalism, and integrity.

  • Judicial canons in Michigan require elections for Circuit Court to be nonpartisan. Beyond that, there is no “Republican” or “Democrat” divorce. There shouldn’t be “Republican” or “Democrat” criminal law. Kristina has represented people of all poltical affiliations in private practice and has been endorsed by individuals of all political persuasions in her run for judge because of her commitment to fairness and justice in the court.
